Doesn’t the start of a new year give you a sense of soaring possibility? It’s one of my favorite times of the year, when cherished dreams seem destined to take flight.

As you can imagine, I’m feeling the sense of “soaring possibility” in a big way at the moment.

Right before Christmas, I learned that Sweet Lake, my February 2017 release, has received lovely reviews from both Booklist and Kirkus reviews:

Hopefully more positive reviews are on the way from major review sites. The second book in the series, The Comfort of Secrets, will be available summer, 2017.
